No edits or additions allowed

It wont let me enter in a dose or blood sugar reading that happened in the past. When I go to edit after I enter in something, all the numbers and other days and times are grayed out and it wont let me select them. This defeats the entire purpose.
Also wish you could just type in the actual glucose reading instead of using a slide
